Step 1 — Consult
We meet at Bahnhofstrasse 88 or in your district. You describe family routines, humidity issues, and landlord limits. Fee CHF 180 at the studio or up to CHF 320 for a site visit across Seefeld and Kreis areas. The consult fee credits toward a package if you proceed within 60 days.
Step 2 — Survey and brief
We measure wet and dry zones, photograph pipe stacks, and note Swiss building constraints. The written brief names priorities: storage, wet-room conversion, surfaces, or lighting.
Step 3 — Boards and shortlists
Mood boards use spa blue-gray, sand, and white as a base, adjusted to your tile and vanity choices. Product shortlists show CHF prices and lead times from suppliers serving Zurich.
Step 4 — Layout and sequence
- Demolition and protection notes
- Waterproofing and falls
- First fix plumbing and electrics
- Tile, vanity, and lighting install
- Sealants, accessories, and snag list
Your contractor remains responsible for compliance; we supply styling clarity they can follow.
Step 5 — Handover
You receive a PDF pack with drawings, shopping lists, and care notes for humidity and hard water. A short follow-up call answers installer questions during the build week.
Typical package duration is two to five weeks of studio work, not including construction. See pricing for CHF ranges.
What we do not do
We do not act as general contractor, pull permits as your architect of record, or guarantee installer labour. For structural changes you may need a separate Zurich planning professional; we flag that early.
